At DanceSupplies.com, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your performance; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and footwear in original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached, ensuring shoes show no signs of wear on the soles.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
